This machine is used to wrap a fabric (max. 30cm width) around one or both handles of the 1-2 loops 500kg bags for easy transport.
The stretch fabric for wrapping around handles is placed on the machine. The bag is placed on the machine. The stretch fabric is wrapped around the handle. The stretch fabric is tightened by a pneumatic system. Then the moveable sewing machine and knife starts to operate. While the fabric is being cut by the knife, at the same time the sewing is done. After sewing process, the sewing yarn is cut by a cam system 4-5 cm away from the fabric. Then the sewing machine and the knife return to its original position. At the end of the process the bag is taken out from the machine.
