You do not need to buy lots of sewing machines and employ outnumber of workers to convert large quantities of small bags. With our fully automatic bag converting line, you can produce (effectively) 1600 pieces of high quality bags in an hour with only one operator.
After setting the desired length of the bag in the parameter unit, you just need to press start button to operate the system. To work with printed rolls, the desired cut length of the bags should be marked on the right edge of the fabric during printing process. The marking sensor should be switched on to cut exactly at the pre-marked position on the printed fabric. The cut pieces are carried by a conveyor belt through the folding and sewing units. The prepared bags are stacked on each other and delivered in piles according to the desired quantities programmed through the counter on the control panel.
This machine can be also combined with a printing machine.
