This machine is designed for testing one/two and four loop bigbags.
The empty big-bag is hanged from the loops to 4 load cells. Then from the above discharge pipe the bag is filled with granule. After the bag is fully filled, with a help of a piston the granule is pressed down. The pressing continues until there is a burst from the belts or the fabric. The data is shown on the display as test results. If you like you can get a print out from the printer.
For testing one/two loop bigbags, there is a hook placed in the middle. The bag is hanged from the hook and also tied from the bottom part to another hook.
There are 4 different tests you can make on this machine;
Bursting Test
Bursting the bag at once (with speed control, with 5 levels)
Cycle Test
10-20-30-50-70 tests can be made. During the test you can observe each loadcell’s force displays of indicators. At the end of cycle bursting is done. The end of the test and you can monitor the bursting power from the indicator display.
Holding Test
During the test the pressing power is being hold steady. Possible to monitor the pressing power from the indicator monitor and print out can be taken, too.
Pressure Test
Test is done on bigbag for 24 hours.
