This fully automatic machine can be used for either folding both edges of a flat fabric or to narrow down the width of the fabric. By this means, it saves you from holding big stocks of many different sizes of fabrics. Moreover, the pre-folding on the two sides of a fabric creates very strong reinforcement.
Whole process may be easily operated by one operator. The working speed is adjustable by the control panel which can be increased up to 22 meters per minute.
This machine consists of feeding, sewing, reserve and winding units. After replacing the roll, the fabric can be centered by edge control unit during process. The adjustment of the required width of a fabric can be easily done by widening or narrowing down the distance between two sewing heads.
The sewn fabric is collected at the reserve unit. To obtain tightly and properly winded rolls, there are two switches to start and stop the winder which is automatically activated by a dancer roller. The winder is equipped with an airexpanding shaft which expands instantly by air pressure and tightly grips the winding core. Prepared rolls can be easily released by discharging the air.
This machine can be attached to a fabric cutting or cutting & holing machine.
