This machine is designed to glue the PE liner (so called the inner liner) into the big bag by hot melt glue system.
The pneumatically actuated spreading arms ensure that the inner liner is evenly spread into all four corners of the fabric bag, without forming wrinkles. By using this method you prevent the risk of movement of the liner inside the big bag during filling process.
The operator will place the liner on to the arms. You can adjust the arms of the machine according to the size of the bag by limited pneumatic piston. Then, he switches ON the vacuum system. After this
process, by the help of a spray gun, he sprays the hot melt glue on the liner. (We do not supply the hot melt glue system and spray gun but it can be easily found in the market). The operator does not need to go around the machine. He can stand at one point and continue spraying on four faces of the liner as the arms can rotate 360 degrees. After the operator finishes the gluing process, he will place the big bag on the glued liner. Then switches ON the blowing system. By doing so the liner sticks into the big bag.
At the end of the process he switch off the blower and when closing the arms pneumaticly, the folder bars come closer to bag and help to fold. When arms are completely closed, he takes the big bag with liner sticked inside the bag. The machine has the feature of adjustable arms for the different size of bags and also you can adjust the arms to make rectangle body big bags. Also, the arms can be adjusted for different lengths of big bags.
